How do you ship the products? How much does shipping cost?
In order to ensure our customer to get the item soon, we ship products by DHL in most cases. Besides, we sometimes send items by EMS and Regular Post Service according to different situation.

My order is shipped, why isn't there any tracking information available online for the registered Airmail/EMS/DHL package?
Online tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the times when the item leaves and the time when it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. In terms of Express packages (sent via EMS/DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?

How to drop-ship with IDVDSET?
IDVDSET allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers and there are no additional charges. Just order online the same way as usual, but add different shipping addresses. We do not include invoices when we send drop ship goods so it protects your reputation.
If your customer has quality issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it’s your account with IDVDSET.

When will payment be deducted?

Why couldn’t I pay for my order successfully?
1. You have not registered on our website. Please create an account first.

3. We accept Visa Credit card. Please select the suitable card to pay.
4. Please do not add any special symbols such as dashes when you submit your credit card information.

Why is my credit card payment failed?
There are several possibilities to cause your payment failure.

Chances are that you're sent two confirmed emails by system. If you truly believe a double charge has occurred, simply contact our customer service department:firstname.lastname@example.org, then we will refund one payment to you.
Why am I charged additional fee while I choose regular post service as shipping method?
The little discrepancy is caused by the daily exchange rate. So the price on your card bill may have a little different.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address when you place an order. If you do need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after you get confirmation email.
How to cancel an order?
1. Cancellation before payment
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. You can cancel your order in ‘My Account’ by yourself.
2. Cancellation after payment
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us to stop your order ASAP. And you will be charged 15% handling fee before we refund your money.
What if the item is out of stock?
If an order is out of stock, you can exchange for other items around the total price that you paid previously. If you do not want to make an exchange, you have the right to asks for a refund.
What if the product does not arrive?
It is our priority to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. If the goods lost in transit, we are responsible to inform the buyer and arrange the redelivery or give you a full refund. If the shipping address you offered is not correct, unfortunately, we are not responsible to reship the item to you.
What if the product is broken when it arrives?
We will reship your order or refund you as your request if the item you ordered is broken when you receive it. Please keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition.
What if my order was returned because I missed signing for the package?
If your order was returned, we will arrange the redelivery of your order after you pay for the shipping which is equal to the original. We can charge the card you used to pay for your original order to get the shipping fee. Of course, we first need to get your permission.
What if my order was delivered unsuccessfully?
Please contact your local post office to fetch your item as soon as possible or it will be returned several days later because nobody claims it. You just need to take your tracking number and the staff that can prove your identification to fetch your dvds.
What if we receive the incorrect DVDs?
We can reship the correct dvds to you when we confirm it. Before that, we need our customers to send the pictures of the original packaging and items you have received to research on.
When can I get a refund after I returned the item?
Usually it will take 30 business days for you to get the refund as different bank and country.
What is your return policy and process?
Return is accepted on the condition that you contact us first and then send the item back within 7 business days from the day you received it. If you want to return item, please first contact us and get our permission. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage before receiving any refund or replacement. We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition.
A. When returning an unwanted product for refund, returned item must be in its original condition and packaging without any damages. It is recommended for customers to use a method of shipment with tracking number, as IDVDSET cannot be responsible for items lost due to its carrier while in transit. We will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.
B. Our dvds are directly shipped from the factory. While we strive to provide you with quality merchandise at a competitive price, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement or return. Our customer representatives may request that you send the pictures of the original packaging and items you have received to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.
When your items arrive at our return office, our staffs will check the product and process your case. Please allow around one week for processing after your item is delivered at the product return office.
